He did a complete condominium renovation for me 15 yrs ago and most recently redid one of my bathrooms.

You and your team went the extra mile to complete my project on time (given a very aggressive schedule) and on budget (a rarity for any project).
The project supervisor and project manager were there every step of the way. And that made the entire project flow that much more smoothly.
I was also very impressed when you and your team looked for ways to do things more efficiently
and more cheaply, for the same or better result than my plans called for.

Lastly, and probably most importantly, I respect and trust you and your team to act in the best interest of my project.

I want to let you know how pleased we are at the Town of Lantana with the impressive job done by Cubic USA LLC.
on the Lantana Police Annex Renovation project. We unveiled the building at the Town's 90th birthday celebration on July 2
and part of the dedication included an exhibit of before and after photos. 
As you well know, the difference is amazing. Everyone who toured the building loved it.
